ELECTRICAL INSPECTIONS & TESTING
ELECTRICIAL INSTALLATIONS CERTIFICATES and MINOR WORKS CERTIFICATES
Testing & inspection is necessary to ensure that all the electrical circuits are safe before the new installation is put into service. On satisfactory completion of all tests a Electrical installation certificate or minor works certificate will be issued and installation will be registration for Part P notification.
PERIODIC INSPECTIONS AND HOME BUYER REPORTS
Testing & inspection of installations is necessary on existing installations as they will deteriorate over time. This can be due to a number of factors such as, wear and tear, corrosion, damage, excessive electrical loading and external influences. The periodic report will inform the client of the state of the electrical installation tell them whether it is safe or needs rectification works to be carried out.
All Testing and Inspections are carried out by our fully qualified Electricians to BS7671 and all results recorded and a certificate will be issued
